The system is implemented both in web-based and in mobile with its three main features. Specifically, it is provided (1) to aid all administrator related features such as performing basic Create-Read-Update (CRU) modules on the patient and skin illness profiling in a web application and a mobile application system that (2) accepts images of the top 5 most common skin and dermatological problem in Cebu and provides the identification and possible over-the-counter treatments, and (3) a geo location on the nearby hospitals/clinic within the Barangay.
